So excited to rediscover Sri Devi now in Willetton.
Their restaurant in Northbridge back in the day was my first introduction to the delights of Indian Malay cuisine and certainly fish head curry!
I was very sad when they closed but not any more!
We ordered the 1 vegetable and goat curry combo for $16.50. Sensational. Not a lot of meat in our serve but the gravy was delicious and nicely spicy.
The plain roti set for $7.50 was outstanding.
Expertly made to order and the accompanying chicken curry gravy and dal were great. In fact I think the dal is probably the best I've ever had. 🙂
We just about had room for the plain tosai $9 which was also good with more of that amazing dal and fresh, tasty chutneys.
I'd prefer the pancake a bit crispier but again can't really fault.
Warm, helpful service.
It was a wonderful lunch and although a bit of a drive absolutely worth it. We are already planning our next visit!

We’ve heard of this place for awhile and finally tried it today! 110% authentic Malaysian Indian Food - very impressed! It felt like a Malaysian Party in my mouth ; and really did take me back home!! :)
Roti canai was fluffy and flaky; served with fish curry and dhal. Fish curry was superb- thick and great tanginess; not at all watery.
Lamb varuval, vege and Briyani was all so yummy!! Again, felt like I was back in Malaysia. The tarik was spot on too!
Will def be our go to place for Indian food from now on :))

The goat curry + 1 veg was reasonably price. Generous portion and spice level top notch. Tea terik was not overly sweet. Great little indian restaurant but agreed with review that it can get a little stuffy if restaurant on full capacity.

I was waiting for this eatery to open and today I finally got a chance to taste the food. It's good and tasty. The Mee Goreng is the most authentic I have ever tried in town! The only downside I encountered was the size of the Teh Tarik was not the same one in the menu photo.
